- Definition phase.- In this phase we analyze customer requirements, focusing on the results to be obtained and sources of data from different applications. We make the design and overall project planning and we select BI middleware to use.
- Execution phase.- In this phase we design the Data Marts and data integration processes (ETL) are analyzed and developed.
- Report design.- Definition phase agreed reports are designed and tested.
- Quality control.- In each ExpanSoft project there is always a quality control phase, tests and expected results are defined in definition phase. In this kind of projects we will measure final user satisfaction and the validity of data showed in reports.
